The Retreat Self-Guide (a printed programme) will help you plan the days during the Virtual Retreat and prepare your home and time so that you can make the most of the experience. 

The programme consists of guided visualisations and meditations, demonstrations of self-massage and movements, skin care advice and other self-care routines to help you feel, relaxed and rejuvenated at the end of the experience. 
 
There are different wellbeing online classes in different topics and themes, such as

🤸🏻 Fitness (pilates, HIIT)

🧘🏻‍♂️ Mindfulness (Yoga, meditation)

🍏 Nutrition 

Suited to beginners, we cover different classes from yoga to meditation to learning more about nutrition and healthy eating.

And finally we are also including the Body, Mind & Soul talks and sessions where different coaches demonstrates and shares their knowledge and wisdom in different wellbeing topics.

The Virtual Retreat starts on 15th January 9am UK time and is available until 24th January 11pm.

Between this time you can choose to set aside time for your own personalised guided spa experience. 

For added fun, if you like, do it with your friends at the same time :).

We have built in 3 different virtual spa experiences:

🟣 Let us sweep you off with luxury pampering in a virtual day spa programme with healthy lunch. (Day spa – 4-6 hours)

🟣 Or create the perfect wind-me-down after work experience for a couple of hours. (After work spa – 2-3 hours)

🟣 And in the event that you just need a boost in less than an hour, choose the express version. (Express 1 hour)

However, it is absolutely up to you how you choose to create your own programme and how long you want to do it for!

A pamper pack option is available for additional cost. The letterbox version of the pack includes assorted skin care, hair care, bath salt and other pampering products.

If you choose not to buy the additional pamper pack, you will still get a surprise mini-pamper gift from us.

Yes, I hear you. I used to (and still do at times) think that in order for me to be more productive and useful, I need to “do” more. I don’t have time for indulgent action such as taking a break or time out for myself, as I have too many responsibilities. I would feel guilty if I didn’t think or work on the stuff I needed to do.

And yet, I know that it’s when I am relaxed, calm and centred, I make my best decisions, discoveries and people around me respond to me better…

See this as the excuse, the gentle push, to perhaps try something different. It’s not going to break the bank, and the time you spend, is likely that you will get it back through renewed energy.
