If the first step to do something new, something unknown, is to have courage…
Have the courage to practice, to test, to fail, to be uncomfortable.
Because it’s a new skill you are trying out and you are learning.
And you can only perfect your craft until you have done it consistently.
But you don’t have to do it on your own. It’s ok to share your journey.
Learning from others and building from their experiences can give your more insights.
When you have doubts, you can get encouragement to carry on.
Others holding the space for you to safely grow and learn.
Exploring new behaviours with a coach or a mentor helps so that it can take you to where you want to go.
Until it doesn’t take courage to do it, but instead it has become your craft.
